This story is only a few chapters so far and already has over 1,000 reviews. It is that good.

If you have seen the 80’s movie Can’t Buy Me Love, or hell, even the 1999 movie She’s All That (and if you haven’t at least seen that one, then get the eff out of here and go rent it. Otherwise, we just can’t be friends.), then you have the basic plot of this fic. Bella is the weird outcast, who due to some unusual circumstances, becomes a part of the super hot and popular Edward’s social group their senior year.

This fic is pretty funny. It defintely has it’s LOL moments, like the first time Bella sits with Edward at lunch:

“Are you lost?”

I look up at Jessica Stanley, who is sneering at me like I’m lice in her stringy hair.

“What?” I ask quietly.

Edward slams his plate down next to me and slumps down in the chair to my left. “What’s the problem, Jessica?”

“She’s sitting at our table,” she huffs. Her eyes dart to the left and she snickers. “Weirdos sit over there.”

Edward picks a pepperoni from his pizza and flicks it onto his napkin. “Then I guess you should head that way, shouldn’t you.”

It isn’t a question. It is a directive and she…complies.

“Oh my god,” I breathe in awe. “What a lemming.”

In terms of the citrus, there has already been a teeny little slice so far, but I can tell they are going to be good. I’m recommending this early because so we can all read what’s up so far and be waiting for updates together.

So read these chapters and let me know what you think! And while you’re at it, please leave some love for author 107yearoldvirgin in her reviews section!
