Reaction Video To The Third New Moon Trailer From VMA’s

My friend Pilar made this video earlier tonight when we were watching the premiere of the third New Moon trailer that was shown at the 2009 MTV VMA’s. We were extremely excited, and I was really looking forward to this since I was strong and didn’t watch the trailer when it leaked yesterday. Yay! Go me!

Yep, that’s my living room, complete with the Full Size Edward lurking in the corner next to my Twilight posters. Hopefully when Jeremy and I get a house, I will be able to keep the Twi stuff confined to one room.

Anyway, yes, we were really excited! There’s a lot of squealing in the video, and if you look really closely, I am crying. I couldn’t help it, this was an excellent trailer that really captured the gist of the book. This has made me a million more times excited for the movie, I really can’t wait to see the rest of what Chris Weitz has pulled together in only a few months.

Can you understand why we were freaking out? That was so much more footage than they’ve ever shown, and they really showed us the goods this time. The Volturi, shirtless Edward saying, “Go to hell”, Jacob begging Bella not to go, THE CLIFF DIVE!

    I was squealing all during those almost 3 minutes last night. It was amazing. Really makes you wonder why don’t they just release the movie RIGHT NOW!! lol (sorry very impatient fan here)

    That trailer was really above and beyond any expectations I had, so I was very happy with it. I’m already wishing Chris Weitz could re-do Twilight!

    My reaction was so similar to yours! My hand was either over my mouth or over my hear the whole time – I got MAJOR goosebumps, and my husband actually looked at me and asked if I was still breathing! I cannot wait until this movie comes out – I am so, so excited. And can I just say how cool it is that your man actually lets you keep a life sized Edward in your living room?!? Jealous!

    Everyone keeps talking about how great this trailer was and how they reacted the same way. Can you imagine how we are all going to be when we see the actual movie? It’s going to be crazytown!

    And about FSE…there’s really not much he can do about it lol. He knows he would incur bodily injury if anything was to ever happen to it/him, so there in the living room he stays! I’m hoping that we can get a house soon so I can put all that stuff in the office lol.
